Account Settings

How do I create an account?

  1. Click Sign Up on the top right of the homepage screen.
  2. Enter your name and email address and some brief information so we know how best to provide you with content.
  3. We'll then email you to confirm your account.

How do I top up my Profile's Wallet (Or my child's Profile Wallet)?

This is a fantastic way to manage what your children spend, while giving them freedom to choose within the restrictions you've created.

          1. Log in to your family account. If you don't have one yet, you can register here.
          3. Click your name in the top right hand side of the screen and select 'Top Up Account'.
              TIP: If you'd like to topup more than one wallet, you'll be able to select additional profile wallets in the next step.
         
4. Select additional profile wallet(s) you'd like to top up with that Add button.
          5. Confirm the total you'd like to charge your card and select Confirm.

How do I update my password or other personal details?

  1. Log into your account, by clicking Log In on the top right of your screen.
  2. Click My Account in the top right of your screen.
  3. You can change your password and other details in the window that pops up.
  4. To add or update Credit Card Information, you can click the Credit Card Settings tab.
  5. You can also change your contact details in the Parental Controls App where available.

How secure is my credit card information?

We store our data in a fully secure environment. We encrypt your information using SSL when transferring it to, or from our database systems. We make every effort and utilize generally accepted security standards to ensure that your information is protected from access by unauthorized persons.  It is important that you are aware that the internet can not be guaranteed 100% secure, although we make every effort to ensure that we keep your personal information as safe as possible. When sending information to us, you do so at your own risk.

Credit card data is not held by our site. All payments are processed using our secure payment gateway partners.  All payment information systems comply with PCI-DSS which means our systems meet the most stringent requirements of international banks.

As technology changes, we will continue to adapt our systems to ensure that your information is protected to the fullest practical extent that is reasonably possible.

What do I do if I've forgotten my Username or Password?

  1. When trying to login, simply click the Forgot Password button.
  2. Follow the on-screen instructions to receive an email that will give you further information.
  3. If these functions are not available please contact our customer service team.

How do I change my profile picture?

  1. Log into your account, by clicking Log In on the top right of your screen.
  2. Click My Account in the top right of your screen.
  3. Click the Choose button next to profile picture.
  4. Browse to an image on your computer which you'd like to use as your profile picture.
  5. Click Upload
  6. Wait for confirmation the upload is complete.
  7. You can also change your families profile images on the Parental Controls App where available.

AutoPlay

AutoPlay lets you play any movie or episode in our mobile apps by using your pre-paid credit which is stored in your profile wallet. Each person in your family has their own wallet and uses their own credit when using the app.

It's important to note that you can't view pricing of titles in our mobile apps, but you can see them anytime in our website.

By visiting the 'My Account' section, you can modify your AutoPlay settings. For movies, you may choose whether our system automatically rents the title, or if you want to own it. For seasons, you may select whether you'd like to buy the epsiode or the season. Our system defaults to renting a movie and owning an epsiode.

How do I turn AutoPlay On or Off?

1. Select 'My Details' in the main account menu,
2. Select 'AutoPlay Preferences',
3. Select 'Activate AutoPlay' and choose your preferences,
4. Click 'Save'.

How do I know I will be charged with AutoPlay?

Any movie or show that you have already selected to own or rent will appear with a Own or Rent icon on the movie poster in your app. Anything else, unless it appears under Free Content in your Library already will incurr a charge against your wallet.

How do I know what a movie or epsiode will cost me to play?

Movies generally range between $4.99 and $7.99 to rent and $9.99 to $24.99 to own. Our system defaults to renting movies for you, but you can change this in your account preferences. If you'd like to know the exact price before playing a title, please check on our website.

Episodes generally range from $1.99 to $4.99 to own. If you would like to know the exact price before playing an episode, you can check back on our website as well.

How do I find my Wallet Balance after using AutoPlay in my app?

We will send you an email everytime you play something in your app using AutoPlay. This will confirm the amount that was deducted from your wallet, and your new balance. You can view your current balance anytime on our website.

We support most laptops and desktops as well as most Andriod and Apple smartphones and tablets:

  • Windows computers and tablets: IE9+ and Edge on Windows 7+,
  • Apple computers: iMac, MacBook, MacBook Air, MacBookPro, Mac Pro, Mac Mini: Safari 8+ on OS X,
  • Andriod Tablets and Smartphones: Version 4.3 (Kitkat) and above. (Please install our App from the Play Store),
  • iPhone and iPad: iOS 8.4 and above (Please install our App from the App Store),
  • ChromeCast: Simple click Cast on your Chrome browser tab. (Please ensure you install the Google Cast extension),
  • Apple TV: Third and Fourth Generations.

Please Note: We recommend Google Chrome. Support for Firefox has been discontinued.

Family Profiles

What is a Profile?

  • A profile is a 'mini-account' that you can create within your account for your family members to use.
  • Profiles allow you to set permission for each member of your family, giving you the ability to control who watches what, when and how.
  • Each profile can have individual Parental Controls set - allowing you to set the level of Violence, Offensive Language, Sexual Themes and Adult Themes that each person is able to view while logged into their own profile.
  • You can load money individually into each profiles, giving them a fixed amount they can spend on films and TV shows. This is a great way to give children pocket money, while managing your families viewing.

Renting and Purchasing Films and TV Shows

What is the difference between renting and purchasing?

  • Renting a film allows you to watch it as many times as you like within the 48 hour rental period. Only films will be available for rent, and they can only be watched on one device at a time.
  • After purchasing a film or show, anyone in your family can watch it as many times as they like, when ever they like - up to two devices at any one time.
  • Local GST or VAT is included in the rental and purchase prices shown in your region where applicable.

Can I download the film or show once I've purchased it?

  • We manage all your media for you, and stream (deliver) it to the device you are currently using.  We make sure we send you the best file we can for an optimum viewing experience.

Where can I watch my rentals and purchases?

You can watch the things you buy and rent on your desktop computer tablet or TV. You must be physically in the region where you say you are, as we verify your physical location in multiple ways. You can find out more about playing on your TV screen here.

Refund Policy

Refunds can only be made by submitting a request on our contact form. It's important you check that you have the device required to play the video you rent or buy from us, as we are only able to provide a refund where a technical error has occured on our system.
